Support keeps growing for the Employment Non-Discrimination Act. Not only did it pass with bipartisan support in the Senate, but a new poll by the Williams Institute also shows that there is support in every Congressional district:
“A majority of Americans in every U.S. congressional district support laws that protect against employment discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, such as the proposed Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) passed last week by the U.S. Senate.”
So what are House Republicans waiting for? It’s time for the party of “let the House work its will” to allow a vote on this legislation to protect Americans facing discrimination in the workplace.
