**Members are advised that the House is only expected to consider the Rule for H.R. 6156 today. The House will complete consideration of the bill tomorrow.
**Members are also advised that Congressman-Elect Donald Payne Jr. (NJ-10) will be sworn in during today’s vote series.
H.Res. 808 – Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 6156 – Russia and Moldova Jackson-Vanik Repeal and Sergei Magnitsky Rule of Law Accountability Act of 2012 (Rep. Camp – Ways and Means/Foreign Affairs) (One Hour of Debate). The Rules Committee has recommended a closed Rule that provides for 60 minutes of general debate equally divided between the Chair and Ranking Member of the Committee on Ways and Means and 30 minutes of general debate equally divided between the Chair and Ranking Member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs. The Rule allows one motion to recommit, with or without instructions and it also waives all points of order against the legislation.
The Rule also outlines adjournment conditions from November 19 through November 23, to allow for the House to meet in possible pro forma sessions during the week of Thanksgiving.

TOMORROW’S OUTLOOK The GOP Leadership has announced the following schedule for Friday, November 16: The House will meet at 9:00 a.m. for legislative business.
