TOMORROW’S OUTLOOK
The GOP Leadership has announced the following schedule for Tuesday, February 28: The House will meet at 12:00 p.m. for legislative business. The House is expected to consider H.R. 2117 [4] - Protecting Academic Freedom in Higher Education Act (Rep. Foxx - Education and the Workforce) (Subject to a Rule). The House may also consider H.R. 665 [5] - Excess Federal Building and Property Disposal Act, as amended (Rep. Chaffetz - Oversight and Government Reform) and H.R. 3902 [6] - To amend the District of Columbia Home Rule Act to revise the timing of special elections for local office in the District of Columbia (Rep. Norton - Oversight and Government Reform) – under suspension of the Rules.
