The GOP Leadership has announced the following schedule for Thursday, November 3: The House will meet at 12:00 p.m. for legislative business. The House is expected to consider H.R. 2940 [6] - Access to Capital for Job Creators Act (Rep. McCarthy (CA) – Financial Services) (Subject to a Rule). The House is also expected to begin consideration of H.R. 2930 [7] - Entrepreneur Access to Capital Act (Rep. McHenry – Financial Services) (Subject to a Rule). The House may also consider a Motion to go to Conference on H.R. 2112 [8] - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act (Rep. Kingston – Appropriations).
