Members are advised that following last votes, the House will continue debating amendments until approximately 5:00 – 5:30 p.m. At that time, the House is expected to stop debate to H.R. 2354 for the day.
Continue Consideration of H.R. 2354 – Energy and Water Appropriations Act, 2012 (Rep. Frelinghuysen – Appropriations) H.R. 2354 appropriates approximately $30.6 billion for the Department of Energy and related agencies, related programs, and federal water projects. The funding level is $5.9 billion below the President's FY12 request and $1 billion below the enacted level for 2011.
The House completed general debate on 7/8. Last night, the house finished reading through the bill. Today, the house is expected to begin debate on limitation amendments at the end of the bill. The following amendments have recorded votes pending:
