The House will meet at 10:00 a.m. for legislative business and recess immediately. The House will reconvene at approximately 11:00 a.m. for the purpose of receiving, in a joint meeting with the Senate, the Honorable Julia Gillard, Prime Minister of Australia.
Following the address, the House will continue with legislative business, starting with one minute speeches. There will be no Morning Hour.
H.Res. 151 - Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 836 , The Emergency Mortgage Relief Program Termination Act (Rep. Hensarling – Financial Services)(One Hour of Debate) The Rules Committee has recommended a rule with a pre-printing requirement for H.R. 836 . It allows any Member to offer an amendment, provided that they have submitted their amendment and it is printed in the Congressional record (the deadline to submit is the evening of March 9). The Rule also provides for pro forma amendments, and allows for one motion to recommit with instructions.

It allows any Member to offer an amendment, provided that they have submitted their amendment and it is printed in the Congressional record (the deadline to submit is the evening of March 9).
