Yesterday’s comment by Chairman Chaffetz of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee that there is no evidence that Planned Parenthood broke any laws provides yet another reason why Congress should not create a select committee to investigate that organization, which three House standing committees are already examining closely without finding any wrongdoing.
