H.R. 6 - Energy Policy Act of 2003

The Republican Majority has cobbled together an energy bill that has many flaws.  Attached is information provided by Ways and Means Member Richard Neal and Energy and Commerce Committee Ranking Democrat John Dingell on some of the problems with H.R. 6 that Democratsmay want to highlight next week.
