At 2:00 p.m., following the prayer and pledge, the House is expected to recess until approximately 5:00 p.m. At that the time, the house will debate bills listed for consideration under suspension of the Rules.
The Rules committee is expected to meet today at 5:00 p.m. to report a Rule for H.J.Res. 48 – Further Continuing Appropriations Amendments Act (Rep. Rogers (KY) – Appropriations). The Rule is expected to be yet another closed Rule.
